FapperAI Help Updated
How do I subscribe?
Open the subscription page, choose monthly, 3 months or yearly, and select Subscribe. Signed-out visitors sign in first. Checkout opens through the Telemacy billing service. Review the price, period and terms there before confirming payment.
What is a refill?
A refill adds 40 photos and 60 voice notes for 500 coins. Refills are for All Access subscribers who run out before the monthly reset. Refilled photos and voice notes expire at the monthly reset. Coins come from your Telemacy wallet.
Do refills add call minutes?
No. A refill adds photos and voice notes. Calls past the monthly call minutes are paid with coins.
What is auto refill?
Auto refill buys a refill for 500 coins when photos or voice notes run out. If the wallet is short, auto refill buys the smallest coin pack on your saved card. Turn auto refill on or off in the Plan tab of your profile or on the subscription page.
How do I cancel or change billing details?
Open your profile, select Plan and use the account or billing management link. Subscription changes are managed by the billing service. Check its confirmation for when a cancellation takes effect.
I paid, but my plan has not updated
Return to FapperAI and refresh your plan after checkout. If the plan still looks incorrect, contact support with the approximate payment time and billing reference. Never send a full payment-card number.
