Fix a device connection
Check power, connection method and the status shown in Connect toy. Bluetooth devices need a supported browser; connection-key devices need a working internet connection.

The device is missing from the Bluetooth picker
Put it back into pairing mode, move it closer, and disconnect it from other apps or tabs. Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled in your operating system. Try pairing again from Bluetooth Devices.
The controller says another tab is connected
A browser controller can be attached to one chat tab at a time. Disconnect it in the other tab, then return to this tab and pair again.
Connected, but playback is not starting
Check that the chat connection is Connected and the device is supported for playback. Ask for playback in chat. If the connection has expired, disconnect and reconnect the device. Stop and disconnect if its behavior is unexpected.
The connection key is rejected
Check the key in your device’s companion app, remove any spaces, and confirm that the device is online. Restart the device and try again if its own app also reports a connection problem.
