Connect with a device key

Where do I enter the key?

Your device must be powered on and connected to the internet.

1. Open Connect toy from the app header.
2. Select Connection key.
3. Paste the key from the device’s companion app.
4. Select Connect and wait for confirmation.

Does the device start as soon as it connects?

Pairing makes the device available to the character. Ask in chat when you want playback. Use Stop in the controller to stop it, and Disconnect when you are finished.

Is a connection key private?

Treat your connection key as private because it can grant control of your device. Do not include it in support messages or screenshots. If you have shared it, use your device’s app to change or reset it.
