Bluetooth pairing connects a supported toy directly to your browser. Use a browser with Web Bluetooth support, such as Chrome or Edge on a supported desktop or Android device.

How do I pair a device?
Turn on Bluetooth and put your toy into pairing mode. Disconnect it from other apps before pairing.
- Open Connect toy in the app header.
- Select Bluetooth and wait for the controller to load.
- Select Bluetooth Devices inside the controller to open your browser’s device picker.
- Select your device and confirm pairing. Keep this tab open during playback.
Which devices can I use?
The Bluetooth controller supports chat playback on Kiiroo Keon and Kiiroo ProWand. Device availability also depends on the browser, operating system and firmware. The picker only lists devices your browser can discover.
Why does the device picker not open?
Check that Bluetooth is enabled and the browser supports Web Bluetooth. Safari on iPhone and iPad and Firefox do not expose the same Bluetooth pairing API. Use a supported browser or a connection-key device. Pairing must start from your click, and the browser may require site permission.
How do I stop playback?
Use Stop in the device controller at any time. Closing the controller panel keeps the connection alive. Disconnect releases the browser controller. Closing the tab or losing the chat connection stops browser-controlled playback.
