How many messages, photos and voice notes do I get?
Guests get 10 messages and 1 voice note in total, and no photos. A free account gets 50 messages, 1 photo and 1 voice note a day, plus a short free call to try. All Access monthly ($7.99) gets unlimited messages, 40 photos and 60 voice notes a month. All Access 3 months ($19.99) gets unlimited messages, 60 photos and 90 voice notes a month. All Access yearly ($59.99) gets unlimited messages, 80 photos and 150 voice notes a month. Every All Access plan includes call minutes. The subscription page lists them.
When do allowances reset?
Free allowances reset every day at midnight UTC. All Access photos, voice notes and call minutes reset every month on the day you subscribed. Guest allowances do not reset.
How do call minutes work?
A call uses call minutes while it runs. When the call minutes for the month are used, All Access subscribers keep calling with coins. With auto refill on, the saved card pays when coins run short.
Do my own photos and voice notes count?
No. Photos and voice notes you send are free. Only photos and voice notes the character sends count.
Where can I see what is left?
The usage indicator in the chat header shows what is left. The Plan tab in your profile shows your plan, what is left and the next reset.
Does each character have a separate allowance?
No. One allowance covers every character. Linked Telegram use counts toward the same allowance. Starting a new conversation does not reset a counter.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The feature waits for the next reset. Guests can sign in for a free account. Free accounts can subscribe to All Access. All Access subscribers can refill: 500 coins add 40 photos and 60 voice notes until the monthly reset. All Access subscribers keep calling with coins after the call minutes are used.
