Conversation history is the transcript of a chat. Memory is a separate collection of facts, preferences and boundaries saved for a character and your account.

How do I find an older conversation?
Sign in and open Chats. Select a character and conversation to continue it. Use New chat to start a separate conversation with that character.
What does a character remember?
Signed-in users can build character-specific memories over time. Saved facts, preferences and boundaries help shape later replies. Memory is not a complete or guaranteed record of everything you have said.
How do I remove a memory?
Open your profile and select Memory. Review the memories grouped by character, remove individual items, or clear all memories. Starting a new conversation does not clear saved memory.
