A character is not replying
Check the connection label in the chat header, then check for an error or allowance notice above the message field. A working connection and an available text allowance are both needed to send a message.

What should I check first?
A photo or voice reply can take longer than a text reply. Keep the conversation open while a reply is being prepared.
- Wait for the connection label to show Connected.
- Check whether your message is still sending or an error is displayed.
- If the connection was interrupted, let the app reconnect and check history before sending again.
- If the problem continues, refresh the page and send a short text message.
Will retrying send my message twice?
A request may reach the server before the connection drops. Check for a reply in your conversation before retrying. The app does not automatically resend a message whose delivery is uncertain.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the character name, approximate time, browser and device, and the error shown. Do not include account passwords, device connection keys or private conversation content unless you choose to share it.
